RCAF_FB_RECRUITING:

The RCAF_FB Squadron recruits by invitation only.  If you are serious about joining our Squad, please take the time to read our Code of Conduct(COC) and member name guidelines.  You must be at least 21 years of age to become a member.

Next, fly in the RCAF server and get yourself noticed.  Sure we are looking for good pilots, but even more important than being a good pilot is having a level headed mature attitude.  If we notice you, we may approach you about joining. Or let the RCAF members flying in the server know you are interested.  If you can get two members ,(one of which has to be of the rank of Squad Leader or above) to “sponsor” your bid for membership that will get you started. You can look at the Members page located on our website to determine the ranks of all of the RCAF members.

Once you have reached the level of a personal invite and/or two sponsoring members you will be asked to join our Public Team speak for an interview.  Obviously you will need to download and install TeamSpeak, have a Microphone and headphones.  TeamSpeak can be downloaded from our download page located on our Website.  If you have trouble with TeamSpeak,  we will hopefully be able to get you up and running for the interview. 

Ok, if after the interview you are deemed acceptable you will receive an official “Invitation” to join the RCAF_FB by email.  In the email there will be instructions you will need to follow to the letter to complete your registration as a new member.
